As the Sales Executive, you are the first impression, the problem solver, and the gas that fuels our revenue engine. Your primary responsibilities include qualifying inbound leads, progressing qualified opportunities all the way through contract negotiations using a consultative selling approach, hunting for strategic customers in our target markets, and advising potential customers on the right solutions that deliver their desired outcomes. As the first point of contact on the customer journey, you set the tone for Telelink’s customer experience by delving into the customer’s desired outcomes, and ensuring these and all details required to deliver on those outcomes are fully documented and cascaded to other teams along the customer journey.
This role is well suited to early‑career sales professionals who have foundational sales experience and are motivated to develop into a full-cycle, consultative sales professional in a technology‑enabled services environment. Telelink provides structured onboarding, coaching, and exposure to increasingly complex deals as capability develops.

The Sales Executive is Responsible for:
- Report on KPIs for individual targets during weekly one on ones
- Adhere to the processes, templates and documents controlled in the Sales Playbook
- Take and make inbound/outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products and services
- Qualify leads using structured criteria
- Convert and manage customer opportunities using a consultative selling methodology
- Assist in the design of customer solutions by advising potential clients on the human, AI and technology components that best deliver the outcomes they are seeking
- Negotiate pricing and contracts using approved pricing and proposal templates
- Record all customer communication and documents in Salesforce CRM
- Create new leads in target markets through outbound prospecting activities in our account-based marketing strategy
- Participates in trade shows and conventions
- Use Salesforce CRM and controlled Excel files to track and report on individual and team performance
- Develop a working understanding of Telelink’s technology and AI platforms, including how they complement human agents to achieve customer outcomes
- Use Copilot and other Telelink approved AI tools to optimize time and performance
- Demonstrate an ongoing commitment to continuous learning and innovation through self-led study and completion of assigned Telelink professional development courses
- Work closely with our marketing team to provide insights on customer questions, needs, and content requirements
This job is typically measured by:
- Monthly recurring revenue bookings

- Quality of salesforce records
- Prospected leads generated
Knowledge & Experience Requirements:
- 3-5 years of B2B sales experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM or comparable CRM software
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator considered an asset
- Bachelors degree in business, communications, related field or equivalent work experience and qualifications
- Demonstrated aptitude for active listening
- Must be driven to meet and exceed sales targets
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications (Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Loop, Copilot)
- Experience in the call centre and/or property management industries considered an asset, but not required
Working conditions & Physical Effort:
- Some travel will be required, likely 5-6 trips per year.
- Telelink is a 24/7/365 operation, and we differentiate from our competitors by having a high response time. As a sales executive, you will be required to participate in an on-call schedule for after-hours and weekends. However, this is shared amongst the team and is meant only to ensure a quick initial response.
- Compensation is comprised of a base salary with individual and team commission that scales based on performance.
- Role is remote, so a quiet, dedicated home office space is required. There may be occasional team meetings that take place in the Telelink office.
